Negroni Sgroppino

With the Edinburgh Fringe Festival well underway August is the Summer season to celebrate. Tohelp with thefestivities we are delighted to launch a new cocktail menuwhich is filled with delicious creationscourtesy of our cocktailpassionate bar team.

For now we will focus on our new Negroni Sgroppino. Everyone isfamiliar with the classic Negroni cocktailhowever the Sgroppino is an equally tasty Italian cocktail, identified by it’s inclusion of lemonsorbet & addition of Prosecco. We thought why not joinforces and create a fantastic cocktail which you can try and make yourself. Below are the ingredients & method:-

Negroni Sgroppino

30ml Campari

20ml Cocchi Vermouth Torino

1 scoop of tempered lemon sorbet

75ml Fantinel Rose Prosecco

Glassware: Coupe

Garnish: Grated lemon zest

Method: shake first 3 ingredients with ice and double strain into chilled glass; top up with Rose Prosecco
